Answers! Who, what, when, why and where of as-built plans

A screened surveyor will visit your property on the agreed date, in order to collect the data needed to produce the drawings.

A complete, Caldas Works Inc as-built package consists of CAD drawings, PDFs drawings (floor, ceiling, roof and elevations) and technical photography (Still, 3DVR, Drone). The cost can range between $0.50 to $2.00/square foot, depending on the drawings requested.

To set a date for the survey all we need is a deposit, time and day.

The survey takes place inside and outside of the property (accessing all areas) and requires 4 to 8 hours. Since we use laser precision equipment, no children or pets should be present during the laser scanning.

Having accurate, existing condition drawings allows the designers and engineers to work with reality. No changes are done onsite, or on the fly, which can be costly and time consuming.
