Furthermore, every project we undertake is different. Our experience gives us a good sense of what most clients are looking for in as-built drawings.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-most-commonly-requested-as-built-surveys-are\">The most commonly requested as-built surveys are:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Floor_plan\">Floor plan<\/a>:<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">everything starts with an accurate floor plan. It\u2019s because every other type of plan revolves around this key part of any structure. A survey must always include: <\/span><b>exterior and interior walls<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><b>windows and doors,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and if visible, <\/span><b>structural elements<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Moreover, they must deliver accuracy and allow editing or manipulation, if necessary.<\/span><\/li><li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.quora.com\/What-is-a-roof-plan\">Roof plan<\/a>:<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">includes details such as valleys, hips, ridges, roof pitch, accessories, etc. <\/span><\/li><li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Architectural_drawing#Elevation\">Exterior elevations<\/a>:<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">shows what the building looks like from its exterior sides. These depictions show the structure from the ground level up. <\/span><\/li><li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Plan_(drawing)#Planning_approach\">Reflected ceiling plan drawings<\/a> (RCP):<\/strong>&nbsp; a depiction <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">of a room or space looking down at the ceiling. These plans are made to graphically show the ceiling treatment, ceiling grid, and the placement of all light fixtures and other accessories.<\/span><\/li><li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Electrical_drawing\">Electrical plan drawings<\/a>: <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">show the visible electrical equipment, including: meters, panels, transformers, outlets, data jacks, light switches, etc\u2026The safety of people, property, plant, and equipment often depends on accurate electrical documentation which is why special care must be given when producing these drawings<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Our clients demand accurate and easy to read as-built <\/span><b>survey<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">s.
